基于双质体振动的卧式离心脱水机动力学分析

摘要: 建立振动离心机的动力学模型,采用龙格-库塔法对振动离心机进行数值仿真,分析系统的动力学特性以及物料分段非线性惯性力对系统产生的影响.结果表明:激振力幅、振动频率、主振弹簧刚度会对筛篮等转动件的运动特性产生较为明显的影响,通过调节工作参数可以使机器获得理想的脱水效果.物料惯性力的引入使双质体的振动中心沿物料滑动方向产生偏移,且对双质体的位移和速度响应幅值产生一定的影响.本文采用的方法和所得数据结果可为离心机的参数选择提供一定的理论依据.

Abstract: Dynamics model of vibrating centrifuge was established and then simulated using the Runge-Kutta method. The dynamics characteristics and effects of piecewise nonlinear inertial force of materials were analyzed. The results show that the exciting force amplitude, vibration frequency and main vibrating spring stiffness exert significant impact on motion characteristics of rotating parts including the basket, so desired dewatering outcome can be obtained by adjusting these parameters. The materials inertia force can shift the double-mass vibration center along the materials sliding direction, and influence the displacement and velocity responses of the double mass simultaneously. The methods and results of this work can be used as theoretical basis in selecting centrifuge parameters.
