基于心电与脉搏波的血压检测算法研究

Rearch on Blood Pressure Measurement Based on ECG and PPG

摘要: 针对基于心电和脉搏波的无创连续血压检测方法中特征点提取算法的计算量大的问题,提出了一种改进的提取特征点的差分算法,改进后算法的效率和特征点检测的精准度都得到了很大的提高。通过对采样数据进行相关性分析和回归分析,可以看到脉搏波传播时间与收缩压有强相关性,而与舒张压成中度相关。针对实验样本的实验结果分析表明,利用改进后的特征点提取算法能够较准确的计算出脉搏波传播时间,进而计算出个体的收缩压,并且能够很好地满足AAMI国际标准对无创血压检测误差的要求。

Abstract: According to feature point detection algorithm with large computation of blood pressure measurement based on ECG and PPG, this paper described a feature point detection algorithm based on an improved difference method, the efficiency of the improved algorithm and the accuracy of the feature point detection have been largely improved. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis of the sampling data, we can see that SBP has a strong correlation with PWTT, but DBP has a moderate correlation with PWTT. The experimental results indicated: Using the improved algorithm, we can get PWTT accurately, and then calculate the SBP. Also deviation met the requirement to noninvasive blood pressure measurement of AAMI.
