Mechanism of Pb(II)/Cr(VI) biosorption by saccharomyces cerevisiae

摘要: 研究了悬浮酵母菌的动电电位及不同pH值下金属离子的赋存状态,探讨了悬浮酵母菌对Pb(Ⅱ),Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附机理.试验结果表明:悬浮酵母菌的零电点大致为3.7,随着pH值的升高,悬浮酵母菌的动电电位逐渐降低;在pH值小于4.0时,悬浮酵母菌对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附以静电吸附为主;在pH值为2.0~6.0时,悬浮酵母菌对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附以静电吸附为主,在其他pH值范围内,静电吸附不占主导地位.

Abstract: Discusses the mechanism of Pb(II)/Cr(VI) biosorption by Saccharomyces cerevisiae through the zeta potentials and configuration of metal ions with different pH values. Experimental results showed that the isoelectric point of Saccharomyces cerevisiae is 3.7 approximately and that the zeta potentials of Saccharomyces cerevisiae decreases gradually with increasing pH value. The electrostatic biosorption is dominant in adsorbing Pb(II) when pH value is less than 4.0 and adsorbing Cr(VI) when pH value is 2.0-6.0, but isn't dominant when pH value are different from those as above.
