3-TPS混联机床刀具长度补偿算法

Length compensation of cutting-tool of 3-TPS hybrid machine tool

摘要: 介绍了一种新型立卧转换式三杆混联机床3-TPS混联机床,对该机床的结构进行了简单描述.该机床具有工作空间大、立卧转换、五轴联动、五面加工等特点,并具有加工中心的功能.根据3-TPS混联机床的特殊结构,对该机床在实现三坐标立式、卧式加工、四坐标加工及五轴联动加工时刀具长度补偿算法进行了研究,给出了各种加工情况下的刀具补偿算法,建立了刀心点与刀具长度补偿值之间、三根杆的伸长量与刀具补偿值之间的关系.

Abstract: A new horizontal-vertical conversion hybrid machine tool, 3-TPS hybrid machine tool is introduced with its configuration analyzed. The hybrid machine tool not only has such advantages as large workspace, horizontal-vertical conversion, simultaneous motion of five axes and five-sides machining, but also serves the function of machining center. The length compensation algorithms and mathematical model of 3 or 4 or 5-dof machining are given. The relation on center of knife or elongation value of three arms and the value of the length compensation are established.
