摘要: 以某企业制造过程管理与资源优化系统研究与开发为背景,分析了制造业车间质量管理现状和系统应具有的功能,建立了完整的车间级质量管理系统功能模型和信息模型.在此基础上,基于组件技术和Web的Windows DNA体系结构,开发了面向制造业信息化的车间质量管理系统,实现了与其他子系统间的有效信息集成,并在生产实际中得到了应用.

Abstract: Taking account of the R and D of manufacturing-process management and optimization of resource configuration system in an enterprise, the current situation of workshop s quality management and the functions the quality management system should serve for manufacturing are analyzed to develop a functional model and information model for building the workshop's integrated quality management system. Based on the architecture of Windows DNA system for Web and component technology, a workshop-oriented informative quality management system is developed and integrated with other management subsystems for manufacturing industry. It has been put into actual production.
