摘要: 棋盘格模板角点的定位是摄像机定标过程中的重要环节,定位的正确与否直接关系到定标的成败.提出了一种利用棋盘格模板图像中的消失点和栅格线特征以及局部灰度特征,实现棋盘格模板角点自动定位的方法.结果表明,与手动定位相比,该方法明显地减少了定位过程所用的时间,提高了工作效率,尤其适合于利用多幅棋盘格模板图像对摄像机进行自动化定标.

Abstract: The location of the internal corners of a planar checkerboard pattern image is very important to camera calibration. An effective approach is proposed to automatically locate the internal target corners of a planar checkerboard pattern image, based on the characteristics of the vanishing point, the grid line architecture and the local gradation. Experimental results showed that the approach can obviously save the time required for camera calibration and speed up the calibration process. Especially, it is adapted to the automatic multi-image calibration.
