管道效应对电液比例位置控制系统稳定性的影响

摘要: 以比例阀控非对称缸位置控制系统为研究模型,在对液压管路进行详细分析的基础上,建立了考虑管道效应的电液比例位置控制系统的数学模型,并应用计算机仿真方法对考虑管道效应前后的两个模型进行仿真实验比较,从而论证了管道效应对电液比例位置控制系统的稳定性存在不可忽视的影响·仿真研究结果表明管道长度、直径及系统的流量压力系数可较明显地改变控制系统的稳定性·

Abstract: A system to control uasymmetrical cylinder position by a proportional valve was studied. The mathematical model of the electro hydraulic proportional-position control system with pipeline was built. Two models of the control system, with and without pipeline, were investigated by computer simulation. The effect of pipeline has an effect on the stability of electro-hydraulic proportional-position control system. The length and diameter of the pipeline and the flow-pressure coefficient can obviously inflect the stability of the system.
