知识型员工行为能力的内部关系

摘要: 采用贝叶斯网络模型方法,按照贪婪算法进行85次搜索获得了知识型员工行为能力结构内部关系的最优模型.通过最优模型获得3方面的结论:影响力簇直接影响到基本行为簇、行动与目标簇和管理簇;行动与目标簇不影响另外3个维度的任何一个,而另外3个维度均影响到行动与目标簇;影响力簇不但直接影响行动与目标簇,而且还会分别通过管理簇和基本行为簇间接影响行动与目标簇,且直接影响的强度均小于间接影响的强度.

Abstract: Baysesian network model method was adopted to obtain the optimized model of internal relationship of action-oriented competency of knowledge worker according to greedy algorithm, in which 85 searches were carried out. Three conclusions were drawn through the optimized model: influence cluster directly affects basic behavior cluster, action and target cluster and management cluster; action and target cluster doesn't affect the other three clusters, but they all affect action and target cluster; influence cluster not only directly affects action and target cluster, but also indirectly affects it respectively through management cluster and basic behavior cluster, in which the degree of direct influence was less than that of indirect influence.
