Abstract: According to the essential ideas of DEMATEL method, linguistic assessment information provided by experts was used to represent the correlation between relational capital factors, and it was well processed and aggregated on the basis of relational capital factors integration. First, linguistic assessment information was quantized and factors' direct evaluation matrix was established and standardized, based on which the factors' indirect evaluation matrix was obtained. The comprehensive evaluation matrix is the summation of the as-obtained matrixes. Second, the prominence and relation of the relational capital element were calculated to determine sorting and classification of the elements. Finally, an application case was given to illustrate the proposed approach.
