二道沟金矿采场岩爆控制试验

摘要: 二道沟金矿三条急倾斜极薄矿脉平行产出,应用浅孔留矿法与削壁充填法开采,随着采深增大,岩爆现象逐渐增加,严重影响采矿生产的正常进行.从调查分析岩爆采场入手,总结出二道沟金矿岩爆发生的三大必要条件,即岩体受高应力作用、应变能的高度积蓄与其突然释放,揭示出上盘楔形体的附加应力是引起高应力的主要原因,提出了卸压控制采场岩爆的技术方案,并在现场进行了工业试验,取得了显著的卸压效果,使岩爆采场得到了正常开采.

Abstract: There are three steeply inclined and extremely thin ore bodies sub-parallel to each other in Erdaogou Gold Mine, which can be caved by the methods of resuing stoping and short-hole shrinkage. As the mining goes deeper, rockburst occurs more frequently, which has seriously affected the mining production already. According to the investigation and analysis of rockburst-prone stopes, three major necessary conditions leading to rockburst were summarized, namely high stress in the rock mass, high strain energy accumulated and sudden energy release. It was also revealed that the primary cause for high stress was the additional force caused by the wedge of hanging wall. Furthermore, the scheme of stope rockburst control by distressing was proposed and put into experiment, and the experimental results show that distressing by caving has a remarkable effect on rockburst control for this kind of rockburst-prone stopes for normal caving.
