行业特色高校学生就业能力评价——以航海类毕业生为例

摘要： 选取航海类本科专业毕业生为研究对象，依据常见就业能力结构和海员教育与培训所涉及的专业能力，构建了包含个人素质、基础能力、专业能力3个一级指标以及14项二级指标的符合未来航运业发展建设需要的航海类专业毕业生就业能力指标评价体系。基于指标评价体系形成量表，对各类航运业从业人员进行了问卷调查，对不同背景要素下毕业生的各项能力素质的重要性和绩效程度的表现性进行了统计量化分析，提出了行业特色高校毕业生就业能力的优化策略。

Abstract: Taking the graduates of maritime majors as the research object， based on the common employability structure and professional abilities involved in sailor education and training， three first-class indicators including personal quality， basic ability and professional ability and 14 second-class indicators are constructed. Construct the evaluation system of employability of graduates majoring in navigation in line with the development and construction of shipping industry in the future. Form a scale based on the evaluation system， conduct a questionnaire survey on all kinds of navigation practitioners， and make a statistical analysis on the importance of graduates' various abilities and qualities and the performance degree under different background elements， and clearly put forward the optimization strategy of college graduates' employability with industry characteristics.
