Abstract: Farmers are the most extensive participants in the linkage of urbanland taking and ruralland giving (LUTRG)， and farmers satisfaction is the basic guarantee for the successful implementation of LUTRG. This paper， by using SPSS 17.0 software， firstly analyzes the results of the field survey on Huaming town of Tianjin. It then， by adopting an IPA analysis， constructs a cell chart out of the comparative analysis on the importance and satisfaction of each LUTRG factor. It finally proposes such strategies as continuous efforts， concentration on what needs improving， low priority and indeliberate pursuit so as to improve LUTRG further.
