包钢CSP生产线后段超快冷系统水压控制方法

Hydraulic Pressure Control Method in Rear Ultra-Fast Cooling System of Baotou CSP Production Line

摘要: 为了保证CSP热轧双相钢后段超快速冷却生产的稳定及产品组织的均匀性,需实现带钢生产过程中冷却水压力的高精度控制.结合包钢CSP后置超快冷设备和工艺特点,针对带钢冷却过程中集管压力波动问题,分别设计了动力泵压力闭环与溢流阀模糊控制的联合控制法及动力泵压力闭环与溢流阀压力闭环联锁控制法.实际应用效果表明,采用该控制方案,带钢冷却过程中头尾段集管压力控制在0.85±0.05MPa,带钢中间段集管压力控制在0.85±0.01MPa,实现了低成本热轧双相钢后段超快冷过程供水压力的高精度控制,很好地满足了该厂CSP热轧双相钢的生产需求.

Abstract: In order to ensure stable production and uniform microstructure of hot-rolled dual phase in CSP rear ultra-fast cooling (UFC), the high-precision control of the cooling water pressure should be achieved in strip production process. For the problem of the pressure fluctuation in the cooling process of strip, the methods which united power pump closed-loop control and valve fuzzy control, and interlocked power pump closed-loop control and valve closed-loop control were designed by binding technology and equipment features of Baotou CSP rear ultra-fast cooling system. It was found that the head-tail control range of collector pipe pressure is 0.85±0.05MPa, and the middle control range of collector pipe pressure is 0.85±0.01MPa in the actual application. The high-precision control of the cooling water pressure is achieved in low-cost hot-rolled dual phase cooling process of the rear UFC system, and it satisfies the production requirement of hot-rolled dual-phase steel.
