圆管带式输送机过渡段计算机仿真与设计

Simulation and calculation method of the length of transition segment of pipe belt conveyor

摘要: 根据圆管带式输送机过渡段截面为圆弧形截面理论,推导出圆管带式输送机过渡段输送带曲面的数学表达式,给出过渡段三维计算机仿真图形,证明所提出的圆弧形截面理论的正确性;提出过渡段输送带边缘曲线长度的数值计算方法,在输送带强度和变形协调限制条件下,应用非线性方程的数值解法导出圆管带式输送机过渡段长度的计算方法,该方法与以前所提出的方法相比具有计算精确的特点,最后以图表方式给出计算结果,应用此结果可以方便地进行圆管带式输送机头部和尾部过渡段长度的设计·

Abstract: A curve equation and a logical calculation method of the pipe-belt conveyor transition segment and the simulation figure were given according to the existent shaping theory in that the sections of the pipe-belt conveyor transition segment must be a circle. A non-linear numerical arithmetic was adopted. The calculation result of the transition segment can meet the conditions of the belt tension and metamorphose harmony equation. This arithmetic can get more accurate design length than other methods. The calculation result table was given, and the table may help to design the length of the head and the tail of the transition segment.
