摘要: 采用新的合成方法,以N 甲羟胺硫酸盐和芳香族羰基化合物为主要原料合成了6种新的硝酮化合物·并采用合适的后处理方法得到了质量分数大于95%的硝酮产品,产品收率大于90%·测定了系列硝酮化合物的熔点,通过核磁共振波谱分析表征了系列硝酮的化学结构·研究并讨论了溶剂、pH值等条件对反应体系及产物纯度和收率的影响·这种合成方法,操作简单,产品收率及产品纯度高,适用于一系列硝酮化合物的制备,是合成硝酮的理想方法·

Abstract: Six nitrones were prepared by using N-methylhydroxylamine sulfate and aromatic carbonyl substances by a synthetic process. Their purity were above 95% by using a suitable recrystallizing method with a yield over 90%. The melting points and 1H-NMR data of these products were measured with suitable instruments to characterize the chemical structure of these products together with the analysis of H-NMR wave spectrum. The influences of pH values and solvents used on the reaction systems and the purity of products were discussed. The synthetic process is ideal for the synthesis of a series of nitrones because of simple operation, high purity and high yield.
