硼铁矿火法分离工艺清洁生产评价

摘要: 以攀西钒钛磁铁矿冶炼工艺为对比,对硼铁矿火法分离工艺进行了清洁生产评价.提出复合矿进行清洁生产评价的指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,采用综合评分法计算清洁生产指数,依据指数得分情况给出评价结论.结果表明:硼铁矿火法分离工艺属于清洁生产,钒钛磁铁矿冶炼工艺属于传统先进.同时提出火法分离工艺存在的不足之处及相应建议.

Abstract: In contrast to the smelting process of the vanadium-titanium-magnetite ore supplied by West Panzhihua mine in China, evaluation for clean production of thermometallurgical separation process of paigeite ore was carried out. An evaluation index system is thus proposed for clean production of smelting paragenous mineral, of which all the index weights are determined by analytical hierarchy process and the clean production index is calculated according for comprehensive scores. And a conclusion is drawn in accordance to the scores given. The results show that the thermometallurgical separation process of paigeite ore accords with the request of clean production though the smelting process of vanadium-titanium-magnetite ore is correspondingly advanced comparing with others now. Meantime, the disadvantages of the separation process are found and some suggestions are given.
