用钛钌阳极从氯化锰溶液电解二氧化锰的研究

Electrowinning of manganese dioxide using Ti-Ru anode from chloride solution

摘要: 为了研究在氯盐溶液中用钛钌阳极电解二氧化锰的新技术,运用恒流水溶液电解方法考察了电解温度、电流密度和电解液组成对二氧化锰电流效率、槽电压及产品质量的影响.试验结果表明,在电解温度75℃、电流密度100 A/m2、锰离子质量浓度50 g/L、盐酸质量浓度10 g/L的条件下,二氧化锰的电流效率达96%,槽电压为2.0 V,产品中二氧化锰的含量为92.32%,电解二氧化锰晶型为γ型.通过在氯盐溶液中用钛钌阳极电解二氧化锰,不仅产品质量能达到电池用电解二氧化锰标准,而且电解温度低(75℃),优于硫酸盐溶液体系(95℃).

Abstract: To investigate the new technology for electrowinning of manganese dioxide using Ti-Ru anode from chloride solution, effects of electrolyte temperature, current density and electrolyte composition on current efficiency of MnO2, cell voltage and product quality were examined by aqueous electrolysis with constant electric current. Experimental results indicated that the current efficiency of MnO2 is 96% with cell voltage 2.0 V, MnO2 content 92.32% and the crystal structure of MnO2 in product is γ-MnO2 under the conditions of 75°C, 100 A/m2, ρ(Mn2+)=50 g/L and ρ(HCl)=10 g/L. Ti-Ru anode for eletrowinning of manganese dioxide from chloride solution was verified available to ensure the product quality up to the standard for electrolytic manganese dioxide and electrolyte temperature is 75°C, lower than that in sulphate solution system (95°C).
