Development of continuous annealing simulator for cold strip and its performance

摘要: 为研究连续退火工艺,开发冷轧钢种,开发了一种新型连续退火模拟实验机.该实验机采用单片试样,在有N2,H2保护气氛的密闭环境中进行退火.实验过程中,利用大电流对试样进行直接电阻加热,采用喷气/喷雾组合窄缝喷嘴进行冷却,并可对试样施加张力;加热、冷却、张力和气氛可按设定的工艺参数控制;整个退火过程在一个工位上完成,试样不需要移动.介绍了实验机的设计原则、系统结构、特点以及主要技术指标.性能测试结果表明,退火后的试样,其组织和力学性能均匀性及重现性均比较好.

Abstract: A new simulator was developed to investigate continuous annealing processes and develop cold-rolled steel grades, on which the close annealing process in N2/H2 protective anmosphere is available with sheet pieces as specimens. During simulation the specimen may be tensioned with a hydraulic cylinder resistance-heated at high current and cooled by narrow-mouth nozzles for high-speed jetting/spraying, and the heating, cooling, tensioning and composition of atmosphere were all controlled according to preset parameters. The whole annealing process was implemented with no specimen moved. Describes the principle of design, system configuration, characteristics and main technical specifications of the simulator. Simulating results showed the homogeneity of micro-structure and balanced mechanical properties of the annealed specimens especially the better reproducibility of testing data.
