Application of cyclo-converter in main drive system of hot strip mill

摘要: 以首钢2160热轧工程为背景,开发其主传动交交变频调速装置.阐述了数字控制的交交变频-同步电动机矢量控制系统构成及主回路的主要技术特点,重点研究了晶闸管触发和速度控制问题.开发了带负荷观测器的速度调节系统,解决了负载变化给系统带来的动态品质下降问题.研究结果已经用于现场,取得了速度控制静态精度优于0.01%,以及动态响应时间小于50ms的良好效果.

Abstract: Under the background of the engineering project for Shougang 2160 hot strip mill, the digital vector control system of a cyclo converter-fed synchronous motor drive was investigated. The composition and main technical characteristics of main circuit and control system were expounded, and especially thyristor trigger and speed control researched. The speed control system with load observer was developed to solve poor dynamic character of load fluctuate. The research results have been used on site, the precision of speed control is better than 0.01%, and the dynamic respond time is less than 50 ms.
