摘要: 基于系统动力学的原理和特点,构建物流组织创新的系统动力学模型,运用Vensim软件对FT公司物流组织系统进行了模拟仿真.研究结果表明,FT公司物流组织创新系统是以内外部环境变化为原因,以物流资源和物流能力为基础,以组织学习和物流知识的存量为支撑的内在创新发展行为,同时这种行为又受到组织内部的认知惯性和行为惯性的阻碍.

Abstract: Based on the principle and characteristics of system dynamics, a model was constructed for logistics organization innovation system. The logistic organization system of FT company was simulated with vensim software. The results indicated that the logistic organization innovation system of FT company was an internal innovation development action. It was resulted from the changes of internal and external environment, and was based on logistics resources and logistics capability. It was supported by the organization learning and logistics knowledge, and at the same time, it was also obstructed by cognitive inertia and action inertia of organization.
