预应力钢板夹心混凝土组合板界面剪力分析

摘要: 针对预应力钢板夹心混凝土组合板刚度大,承载力高,变形小的特点,利用弹性理论,建立了考虑预应力筋内力增量和滑移刚度影响的组合板界面剪力的计算微分方程,给出对称集中荷载下的界面剪力计算公式.计算结果表明,组合板最大界面剪力发生在跨中,沿板长向端部逐渐减小,端部界面剪力近似为零;组合板的界面剪力随着连接刚度、外荷载的增加而增加,随着钢板面积的增加而减小,预应力筋内力增量对界面剪力影响很小,一般在5%左右;连接刚度与外荷载对界面剪力变化影响较大.

Abstract: Based on the theory of elasticity, some differential equations were derived to calculate the interfacial shear force of a steel-concrete-steel sandwich panel which is characterized with high rigidity and bearing capacity and small deformation, considering the effects of the stress increment in prestressed reinforcements and slippage rigidity. Moreover, the formulae were also given to calculate the interfacial shear force under symmetrically concentrated load. The calculated results showed that the maximum interfacial shear force takes place at mid-span and decreases gradually along board length, and its value approximates to zero at the end. The shear force increases with increasing connecting stiffness/external load but decreases with increasing area of the panel. The stress increment in prestressed reinforcements affects slightly the interfacial shear force, only about 5%. However, the connector stiffness and external load affect greatly the interfacial shear force.
