摘要: 在分析网络联盟企业合适的合作伙伴选择影响因素基础上 ,论述了合作伙伴选择的过程和步骤 ,制定了相应的评价内容 ;利用层次权重解析法将合作伙伴选择的定性因素的评价定量数值化表示 ,提出合作伙伴综合评价策略 ,并进行合作伙伴定量数值综合评价 ,探讨了模糊优先定序法进行模糊决策方法 ,确定了候选合作伙伴优先关系矩阵和量化评分标准 ;最后介绍了一个用于网络联盟企业合作伙伴选择决策支持的系统 ,实例证明其决策支持系统是可行的·

Abstract: By analyzing factors that decide the selection of cooperated partners, the process and steps of cooperated partners selection were discussed. The relevant evaluation standard was established. In the process of evaluating cooperated partners, AHP algorithm was applied to quantitative analysis for qualitative factors. An integrated strategy was brought forward to quantitative evaluation for the selection of cooperated partners. The taxis method of fuzzy priority was discussed. The fuzzy priority matrix and quantitative standard were established to evaluate cooperated partners. The decision support system for the selection of cooperated partners was introduced.
