飞剪速度基准的研究

摘要: 给出了飞剪在启动加速阶段、剪切的匀速运动阶段以及剪切完后返回的定位阶段,速度的原基准与飞剪的速度实际基准之间的关系·速度的原基准与速度实际基准之间的关系决定了飞剪的剪切精度、定位的准确度以及轧件的端面的平滑等技术指标·这种关系由计算机运算与输出,并在钢厂得以成功应用·实践证明,由这种算法得出的飞剪速度实际基准容易由计算机实现且是准确的·

Abstract: The relation between primary and actual velocity reference of a flying shear is discussed during three successive phases including start-up acceleration, as-sheared constant velocity and after-shear returning/positioning. Such technological indices as shearing precision and positioning accuracy of flying shear and smoothness of cut end face of workpieces all depend on the relation between the two velocity references. The relation shall be calculated and output on computer, and it has been applied to some steel rolling mills. The applications show that the actual velocity reference of flying wheel is easy to implement on computer and quite accurate.
