磨矿动力学参数对磨矿速度的影响

Influence of Grinding Kinetics Parameters on Grinding Speed

摘要: 对磨矿动力学方程中的参数m和k应用解析几何和偏导数的方法进行研究,分析了磨矿动力学参数与磨矿时间的关系及对磨矿速度的影响.结果表明:在磨矿初期,当te1/k时,磨矿动力学参数k对筛上累计产率R起主要的影响作用,k越大,磨矿速度越快;随着磨矿时间的增加,当te1/k时,磨矿动力学参数m对筛上累计产率R起主要的影响作用,m越大,磨矿速度越快;并根据前人的研究成果验证了上述结论,上述研究结果可以很完整地分析各种不同的磨矿条件及物料性质对磨矿速度的影响,具有理论指导作用.

Abstract: The parameters m and k in grinding kinetics equation were studied by using analytic geometry and partial derivativ method. The analyses include not only the relationship between the parameters and the grinding time, but also the effect on the grinding speed. It turned out that the parameter k mainly affects oversized cumulative productivity R when te1/k. The larger parameter k is,the faster grinding speed is. With the increase of the grinding time the parameter m mainly affects oversized cumulative productivity R when te1/k. The larger parameter m is, the faster grinding speed is. Moreover, the conclusion was verified according to previous studies. The above theoretical results can fully explain the grinding speed under the different grinding conditions and material properties.
