逆全球化、进口中间品与中国制造业高质量发展——基于行业层面的实证研究

De-globalization， Imported Intermediate Inputs and High-quality Development of China's Manufacturing Industry: An Empirical Study Based on Industry Level

摘要： 利用CEPII等数据库2006—2014年中国制造业和进口中间品面板数据，采用倾向匹配得分双重差分法(PSM-DID)从逆全球化视角实证分析了进口中间品质量对中国制造业质量的影响机制。研究结果表明:逆全球化对中国制造业质量产生显著的抑制效应，降低了高质量进口中间品对中国制造业质量的影响作用;通过行业对外开放和人力资本渠道，高质量进口中间品对中国制造业质量的影响作用明显减弱，研发对制造业质量具有显著促进作用，进口中间品规模、行业规模、人力资本数量则对制造业质量产生抑制作用，外商直接投资对制造业质量无显著影响。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of China's manufacturing industry and imported intermediate inputs in the database of CEPII etc. from 2006 to 2014， the paper analyzes the influencing mechanism of imported intermediate inputs quality on the quality of China's manufacturing industry from the perspective of de-globalization by using PSM-DID. The results show that de-globalization has a significant inhibiting effect on the quality of China's manufacturing industry， which reduces the influence of high-quality imported intermediate inputs on the quality of China's manufacturing industry. The impact of high-quality imported intermediate inputs on the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry is weakened through the channels of industry openness and human capital. R&D has a significant promoting effect on the quality of manufacturing industry， while the scale of imported intermediate inputs， the scale of industry and the amount of human capital have an inhibiting effect on the quality of manufacturing industry. Foreign direct investment has no significant effect on the quality of manufacturing industry.
