Abstract: Be different from other legal branches of international law, the international economic law try to coordinate the domestic economic laws as its purpose of law making, and then it intent to construct an well-organized international order. From this aspect, we should not confine our field of vision on the effect and priority of international economic law and respective domestic law. We should focus the two law branches’communication from the law contents aspect. By the way of positive policy balance, the international and domestic preference should be both maximized.
