大企业集群共生网络中领袖企业角色分析

Analysis on the Role of Leader Enterprise in Large Enterprise Cluster Symbiosis Network

摘要： 从产业组织视角来看，大企业集群是产业网络诸多形态中的一种，是产业组织的网络化趋势;从共生理论来看，大企业集群是大、中、小企业和谐共生的产业生态群落。从“产业共生网络”视角切入，大企业集群可分为:松散单寡头型、松散多寡头型、紧密单寡头型和紧密多寡头型，这四种结构之间存在正向和反向一体化的演化路径，在不同的网络结构下，领袖企业与其他企业的共生模式以及领袖企业的角色定位是有差异的。

Abstract: From the view of industrial organization， large enterprise cluster is one of the industrial network organizations. From the view of symbiosis theory， large enterprise cluster is an ecological community of different size enterprises. Therefore， a view of industrial symbiosis network is suggested in the paper. According to the network density and the numbers of large enterprises， four structure classifications are addressed including loose solooligopoly， loose multioligopoly， tight solooligopoly and tight multioligopoly cluster. The evolution of large enterprise cluster structure is also studied including positive integration path and negative integration path. In different network， the roles of leader enterprise and symbiosis modes are different.
