This study seeks to take social constructivism as the theoretical support and combines both qualitative and quantitative research methods, so as to pin down students satisfaction at learning achievement in the projectbased college English learning model. As the results of the questionnaire and the students selfreports indicate, this effective teaching and learning model tends to enhance students learning interest, satisfy their learning needs and desires, and help them acquire multiple learning achievements simultaneously, including language skills, subject contents and twentyfirst century skills.
