摘要： 中国共产党在领导中国革命、建设和改革的历史进程中不断总结正反两方面的经验，在实践中形成和发展了中国共产党人民健康观。在梳理探讨中国共产党人民健康观的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑的基础上，为保障和改善人民健康，开展医疗卫生工作中所遵循的根本立场和基本观点就被逐步凝练为中国共产党人民健康观。这一健康观在价值论、目的论、方法论上回答了“卫生健康事业为谁服务”的根本问题，从而实现了人民健康观在内容和形式上的统一。

Abstract: In the historical process of leading the Chinese revolution， construction， and reform， the Communist Party of China has constantly summed up both positive and negative experiences. In practice， it has formed and developed people's health view of the Communist Party of China. On the basis of combing and discussing the historical logic， theoretical logic and practical logic of people's health view of the Communist Party of China， it is pointed out that the fundamental positions and basic views followed in the development of medical and health work have been gradually condensed into people's health view of the Communist Party of China in order to protect and improve people’s health. This view of health answers the fundamental question of “who health care serves for” in terms of value， teleology， and methodology， and has realized the unity of content and form in the view of people's health.
