The Effective Construction of Chinese Citizens Public Spirit CultivationBased on an Analysis of Human Nature

Abstract: Chinese governments construction of citizens public spirit cultivation should be analyzed from the perspective of human nature. Defining from the angle of human nature, the mankinds public spirit derives from several public components naturally existing in human nature and upholding public spirit accords with the development of human nature. Under the current historical background, Chinese citizens, out of the need for developing human nature, have a strong demand for enhancing their public spirit, while Chinese government should be responsive to the citizens demands by cultivating their public spirit in a positive way. In effectively constructing Chinese citizens public spirit cultivation, the government should take three approaches so as to realize the ultimate goal of developing and perfecting the citizens’ human nature.
