CIPPbased Study on the Capability Evaluation Indicator System for Entrepreneurship Education at Chinese Universities and Colleges 〓

Abstract: The CIPPbased education evaluation model has been introduced to the capability evaluation studies on the entrepreneurship education at Chinese universities and colleges. After clarifying CIPP models connotations and advantages, this paper explains CIPP models applicability to the capability evaluation on Chinese universities and colleges entrepreneurship education from the perspectives of decision orientation, process orientation and function improvement. Furthermore, the capability components of entrepreneurship education matching CIPP model are explored and the capability evaluation indicator system on entrepreneurship education is constructed so as to promote the basic capability of entrepreneurship environment based on context evaluation, the allocation capability of entrepreneurship resources based on input evaluation, the action capability in the process of entrepreneurship based on process evaluation, and the achievement and performance capability of entrepreneurship based on product evaluation.
