中厚板角轧过程的形状预测模型研究

摘要: 大单重或小展宽比的中厚钢板,可以采用角轧技术进行生产,以解决因设备限制无法生产或由于多次转钢导致生产效率低的问题.基于体积不变原理和三角函数关系,推导了中厚板角轧过程的轧件形状尺寸变化公式,获得角轧实现矩形化的转角和压下量关系,建立了角轧过程转角、压下量与宽展之间的预测模型.设计了中厚板角轧过程形状预测计算程序流程,简化角轧过程的宽展计算,进行角轧形状预测程序的开发.利用角轧实验对形状预测模型进行验证,模型计算尺寸数据与实际轧制尺寸数据的最大误差为6.22%,表明角轧形状预测模型具有较高精度.

Abstract: The steel plate with large weight or small aspect ratio can be produced by angular rolling technology, which overcome the disadvantage of equipment limitation or low production efficiency derived from multiple turnings. Based on the principle of constant volume and the relationship of trigonometric function, the formula for the pattern and dimension change of the plate are deduced and the relationship between the turning angle and reduction for making the plate rectangular is obtained. A model for predicting the angle, reduction and width spread in angular rolling process is established. The program procedure of pattern prediction for angular rolling process is designed, the width spread calculation is simplified, and a program for angular rolling pattern prediction is developed. The pattern prediction model is verified by the angular rolling experiment. The maximum error between the calculated dimension data and actual rolling dimension data is 6.22 %, which proves that the accuracy of the pattern prediction model for angular rolling process.
