大凸度支撑辊带钢凸度的控制能力

Control capability of the backup roll crowning method on the strip crown

摘要: 采用影响函数法开发了带钢凸度影响率计算软件 ,研究了支撑辊凸度、工作辊弯辊和单位宽度轧制力对带钢凸度的影响规律 ,得出了大凸度支撑辊四辊轧机支撑辊凸度影响率、工作辊弯辊影响率和单位宽度轧制力影响率的 5次多项式拟合系数 ,分析了CVC工作辊改为平辊横移、采用大凸度支撑辊辊系的带钢凸度控制能力 ,为宝山钢铁股份有限公司 2 0 5 0热轧厂F6 ,F7机架辊系变更和板形控制模型参数调优提供了理论依据·

Abstract: A software that can be used to calculate the strip crown influencing ratio was developed by the G-function method. The effective law was studied on the factors such as back-up roll crown, the work roll bending and the specific force acted on the strip crown. The quinary order fit coefficient was derived on the backup roll, the work roll bending and the specific force influencing ratio on the high mill. The control capability was analyzed for the both convention roll method and the backup roll crowning method. The optimal model parameters are presented theoretically when the roll shape is changed on the No.6 and No.7 stands.
