摘要: 针对氧化铝生产特点及我国氧化铝能耗、生产成本、劳动生产率等方面与国外的差距 ,分析了我国氧化铝生产过程实现综合自动化的必要性 ,提出了基于经营计划系统 (BPS) /生产执行系统 (MES) /过程控制系统 (PCS)三层结构的氧化铝生产过程综合自动化系统的体系结构 ,阐述了BPS ,MES ,PCS的功能 ,从而实现氧化铝生产物流、信息流、资金流的集成 ,为企业扁平化管理提供了条件 ,实现节能降耗 ,降低生产成本 ,提高企业综合竞争力

Abstract: According to the character of alumina production and the difference of energy consumption, production cost and working productivity between the alumina production in our country and in the others, the importance of integrated automation about alumina production process in our country was analysed. Three layers based on BPS/MES/PCS about alumina production process integrated automation were brought forward. The EPS, MES, PCS function was expounded. The matter flow, information flow and fund flow were integrated. The three layers offer the right condition for the realization of flatting management, reduce energy consumption and production cost.
