摘要: 针对虚拟车削加工中振动问题,进行了车床的激振实验,在实验的基础上对切削振动的组成进行了分析,把切削振动分解为随机振动、受迫振动和再生颤振3部分,分别进行了建模,并分析了主轴旋转对其受迫振动响应振幅的影响·利用此模型比较完整地进行了车削加工振动过程的仿真,对车削加工的物理过程进行了更接近实际的预测,提高了虚拟车削软件的应用性·通过典型加工颤振的仿真与实验结果的比较,可以认为软件达到了预期的目的·

Abstract: Aiming at the vibration of virtual lathe's cutting operations, an experiment was done. Based on experimental results, the cutting vibrations are decomposed into three parts, i.e. the random vibration, forced vibrations and the regenerated chatter, and each of them is modeled. The effect of spindle rotation on the amplitude responses of forced vibration is analyzed. The models developed are applied to NC simulation of cutting vibration process to predict the physical process of metal working by lathes, so as to improve the applicability of the virtual cutting software. Compared the results from simulation and from experiment for chattering process, the program developed can be regarded as reliable.
