摘要: CaO MgO Al2O3 SiO2系微晶玻璃主要用于生产高档装饰材料,而影响微晶玻璃性能最主要因素是主晶相的种类及晶粒粒度·通过XRD,SEM等分析方法,探讨氧化镁在微晶玻璃中的作用以及氧化镁加入量对微晶玻璃密度和显微硬度的影响·实验结果表明:随着氧化镁含量的增加,一方面析晶温度有所升高,不利于微晶玻璃的晶化,但有利于烧结的进行;另一方面试样的显微形貌由放射状或纤维状集合体向粒状块体转变,使密度和显微硬度增大,提高了它的性能·

Abstract: The most important influencing factors on the property of a glass ceramics are its primary crystal class and grain size. Therefore, by means of XRD, SEM, etc, the action of MgO on CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass ceramics and the effect of content of MgO on their density and hardness were investigated. The results show that the crystallization temperature rises with the increase of MgO content, which is not favorable to the crystallization of glass ceramics but favorable to sintering. On the other hand, the morphology of the samples used transforms from radiative or fiber-like agglomeration to grain-like one so as to increase the density and hardness and improve the properties of the glass ceramics.
