原位合成(O′+β)-Sialon/莫来石复合材料

In-situ synthesis of (O'+β)-Sialon/mullite composite materials

摘要: 以粉煤灰和炭黑为原料,采用碳热还原氮化法原位合成了(O′+β)-Sialon/莫来石复合材料.通过XRD和SEM研究了配炭量对合成材料相组成和显微结构的影响,并分析了材料的生成过程.研究结果表明,增加配炭量有利于O′-Sialon和β-Sialon的生成;将粉煤灰与炭黑质量比为100/42和100/56的试样加热至1 350℃并保温6 h可以合成(O′+β)-Sialon/莫来石复合材料,且合成材料中O′-Sialon和β-Sialon多以粒状形式存在,平均粒径约为1μm;(O′+β)-Sialon/莫来石复合材料的生成过程包括O′-Sialon和β-Sialon的生成及O′-Sialon向β...

Abstract: (O'+β)-Sialon/mullite composite materials were synthesized by in-situ carbothermal reduction-nitridation process, with fly ash and carbon black as raw materials. The influences of carbon content on phase composition and microstructure of the synthesized materials were investigated by XRD and SEM, and the formation process of the materials was analyzed. The results indicated that increasing carbon content benefits the formation of O'-Sialon and β-Sialon. The (O'+β)-Sialon/mullite composite materials can be synthesized at 1350°C for 6 h, where the mass ratio of fly ash to carbon black in samples are 100/42 and 100/56 separately. The O'-Sialon and β-Sialon in the synthesized materials are in particle shape with an average grain size about 1 μm. The formation process of (O'+β)-Sialon/mullite composite materials consists of the formation of O'-Sialon and β-Sialon in addition to the conversion process of O'-Sialon to β-Sialon.
