一种间歇式轧钢加热炉温度场的研究

Study on temperature field in an intermittent reheating furnace

摘要: 钢坯由加热炉加热至轧制所需温度,加热过程中炉内的温度分布对最终钢材质量起决定性作用.以间歇式天然气轧钢加热炉为例,采用CFD(计算流体力学)方法分析加热炉内以及被加热钢坯内瞬态的三维温度场分布,用Fluent软件模拟了多种操作条件下的炉内温度分布,为提高加热炉工作效率提供了理论依据.模拟过程中考虑了更换钢坯时炉门开启引入的热损失.模拟结果可用来优化操作参数和提高出钢质量.

Abstract: To make sure that the billet/bloom temperature meet the rolling requirement so as to provide quality steel sections, the temperature distribution in reheating furnace is of crucial importance. With the intermittent reheating furnace using natural gas as fuel exemplified, the transient 3D distribution of temperature fields in the furnace and heated billet/bloom are analyzed introducing CFD(computational fluid dynamics), i.e., the software Fluent is used to simulate the temperature distribution in furnace under different operating conditions, thus providing theoretically a reference for improving the efficiency of reheating furnace. In the simulation the heat loss due to furnace door opening for billet/bloom discharging and charging is taken into account. The simulation results are available to optimize the operating parameters so as to improve the quality of finished paroducts.
