熔盐电解法生产Al-Sc合金

摘要: 在讨论铝钪合金各种生产方法的基础上 ,研究了熔盐电解法生产Al Sc合金的工艺条件·结果发现 ,随着电流密度的增加 ,合金中钪的质量分数逐渐增加 ,最高可达 1 5 % ;但随分子比的升高 ,Sc的质量分数却有所下降·当通过的电流一定时 ,随着电解过程的延长 ,槽电压和反电动势逐渐升高

Abstract: On the base of a discussion in all kinds of production methods of Al-Sc alloy, the molten salt electrolysis method was used to produce Al-Sc alloy directively. It is found that as the current density increasing, the concentration of Sc in alloy increases gradually. The maximal concentration of Sc can be 1.5%. But as the MR is increased, the concentration of Sc decreases significantly. When the transited current arrives at a certain extent, cell voltage and back EMF will be increased gradually with increasing eletrolysis process time.
