摘要: 针对群体评价中由多评价者或多评价方法带来的评价结论非一致问题,提出一种评价者权威度的计算方法,旨在为评价结论的公信力提供参照,为实际应用中评价者的选择提供参考.首先设定评价情境,提出研究前提假设;然后给出权威度的相关概念及定义,提出权威度计算模型并对模型的有效性进行说明.该方法可以避免群体评价时由评价者互评带来的权威度计算结果的主观性及不确定性,从理论层面上探讨解决评价结论非一致问题的途径.最后通过一个算例验证了方法的有效性.

Abstract: Aimed at the inconsistent evaluation findings caused by multiple evaluators or multiple evaluation methods in group bargaining evaluation, a method for calculating evaluators’ authority is proposed in order to provide reference for the credibility of evaluation findings and the choice of evaluators in practical applications. First, the evaluation context is set and the research hypotheses are made. Then, several related concepts and definitions of evaluators’ authority are given after which a calculation model of evaluators’ authority is formulated and its validity is described. Theoretically, this method could solve the inconsistent evaluation findings and avoid peer evaluators’ subjectivity and uncertainty in the process of group bargaining evaluation. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method.
