摘要: 成功研制出一种多功能热力模拟实验机,应用LabVIEWRT控制编程,可满足热力模拟实验机所要求的高响应控制和快速高精度测量等性能,控制和测量精度不低于目前国内外先进的同类设备;其功能多于常见的热力模拟实验机,在同一台设备上实现了拉伸、压缩、扭转及拉扭复合、压扭复合等多种实验功能·阐述了该实验机的设计功能、设备构成、人机界面、控制系统及主要指标·

Abstract: A new multifunction thermomechanical simulator was developed, by which about 20 functional tests may be fulfilled including tension, compression, torsion, combination of compression with torsion, combination of tension with torsion, etc. With the LabVIEW RT full development system applied to the newly-developed simulator for programming, the high-responsibility control and high-accuracy rapid measurements are available and prove not lower than those of domestic/foreign similar advanced systems. The designed functions, construction, man-machine interface, control system and main performance indices of the simulator are described.
