Analysis and Simulation of Safety Production Management System Based on EPC Mode

Abstract: In view of the current situation that the design and procurement stages are not sufficiently considered in the safety production management in the EPC general contracting mode, a safety production management system of the EPC mode for construction organization was designed by using the system dynamics theory, by structuring the cause and effect diagram and the stock flow diagram, as well as considering the design and procurement environment safety production management problems. The simulation results show that the system built based on the system dynamics model can give full consideration to each internal elements for each subsystem(design, procurement, construction) and reflect the connections between the internal factors and the change of the safety production management risk dynamically.The system is able to provide references for safety production management decision of the EPC general contracting mode.
