Abstract: Introducing the concept of saturation into the discrete singular systems, the robust stabilization of discrete singular systems with saturating actuators is discussed. Based on the sufficient and necessary conditions that the discrete singular system is admissible, a sufficient condition for the robust stability of the close-loop system is given via the generalized Lyapunov function and the linear matrix inequality. As a result, the design method of feedback controller is proposed taking advantage of the feasible solution of the linear matrix inequality, and a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the design method.
