Abstract: An evaluation system was set up for aircraft combat resilience (ACR), and a SPA evaluation model was developed on the basis of characteristic feature with the divergencies of experts' views taken into account during the evaluation of combat resilience. In the evaluation model the singular values are decomposed in the evaluation matrix, and the singular values which make important contribution to the matrix characteristics are extracted for inverse decomposing operation of the evaluation matrix. Then, an SPA is made, based on IDC. An evaluation example of a certain battle damaged plane to be repaired was given to illustrate the proposed evaluation system/model practically. The results showed that the evaluation model is highly feasible and effective, and introducing properly the divergences of experts' views into SPA will enable the evaluation results to be more rational.
