Abstract: Based on a regular, impulse-free and linear time-invariant descriptor system, the characteristics of multiple input/output networked control systems with distributed time-delay and dynamic output feedback controller are analyzed when sensors and the controller are clock-driven but asynchronous-sampling and actuators are event-driven. Then, a mathematic model is developed for the networked control system under which control object plays a role of regular and impulse-free descriptor system. A controlled example of electric power system is given as linear descriptor system model, which shows that the way of modeling is valid. The result is useful to the analysis and design of networked control systems under which the controlled object plays a role of linear descriptor system.
