Abstract: Assuming that the transfer delay is shorter than the sampling period and the successful rate of data packet transfer is given, the singular networked control system could be modeled as an asynchronous dynamical system for a class of the regular, impulsive-free and impulsive observable singular networked control systems with delay and data packet dropout. The stability conditions of the system were given with the Lyapunov function and LMI method, and the feedback controller with the normal state observer was obtained. Simulation results indicated the effectiveness of the proposed method.
