Abstract: The problem of guaranteed cost control for the regular and impulse-free singular networked control system was studied. For the singular networked control system with clock-driven sensor, event-driven controller and actuator, and the uncertain time-delay not more than one sampling period, the sufficient condition of the existence of guaranteed cost control law for state feedback was derived through Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality, and the guaranteed cost control law design method for state feedback was also proposed. Finally, the state feedback guaranteed cost control law for singular networked control system with uncertain time-delay is demonstrated by a simulation example, thus the proposed approach is valid.
