企业社会责任对员工亲环境行为的影响——基于角色内与角色外双重视角

Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Employees' Pro-environmental Behavior: From the Dual In-role and Extra-role Perspective

摘要: 一直以来,企业社会责任与亲环境行为的实施主体之间都存在一定程度上的脱节。采用以企业社会责任的微观视角为基础,引入目标层次理论和社会心理学的相关内容的研究思路,构建“组织干预—目标一致性—亲环境行为”框架,探究企业社会责任对员工亲环境行为的影响机制。研究表明:企业社会责任关联和企业社会责任参与对员工角色内和角色外亲环境行为均存在显著的正向促进作用;企业社会责任关联对于员工角色外亲环境行为的影响要大于角色内亲环境行为;而企业社会责任参与对于员工角色内亲环境行为的影响要大于对角色外亲环境行为;自我和谐能够在二者之间起到完全中介作用。

Abstract: For a long time, there has been a certain degree of disconnection between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employees' pro-environmental behavior (PEB). In view of this, the relevant content of goal hierarchy theory and social psychology are introduced from the micro perspective of CSR, and a theoretical framework is constructed based on “organizational intervention—goal consistency—pro-environmental behavior” in order to explore the mechanism between CSR and employees' PEB. The results show that CSR association and participation have significant positive effects on employees' in-role and extra-role PEB. The impact of CSR association on employees' extra-role PEB is greater than employees' in-role PEB, the impact of CSR participation on employees' in-role PEB is greater than employees' extra-role PEB, and self-concordance may play a full intermediary role between the independent variables and dependent variables.
