自由探索型导师指导风格对博士生创新行为的影响机制研究

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Free Explorative Supervisors' Guidance Styles on Doctoral Students' Innovation Behavior

摘要: 基于465名在读博士生的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型,考察了自由探索型导师指导风格对博士生创新行为的影响及内在作用机制。研究结果表明:自由探索型导师指导风格对博士生创新行为有显著的正向影响,且知识共享在二者之间起中介作用;创新氛围对自由探索型导师指导风格与创新行为之间的关系具有正向调节作用,创新氛围越浓,自由探索型导师指导风格对创新行为的正向影响就越强。从培养单位、导师和博士生等不同层面,提出积极开发多样化的导师专业发展项目、营造积极和谐与自主创新的实验室或课题组氛围、建立有效知识共享机制和树立科研创新的信念感等一系列建议。

Abstract: Based on the questionnaire survey data covering 465 doctoral students, this paper adopts the structural equation model to investigate the influence and internal mechanism of explorative supervisors' guidance style on doctoral students' innovation behavior. The results show that the guidance style of free explorative supervisors has a significant positive effect on the doctoral students' innovation behavior, and knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between the two. At the same time, the innovation atmosphere has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between the guidance style of the free explorative supervisors and the innovation behavior. The stronger the innovation atmosphere is, the stronger the positive influence of the free explorative supervisors' guidance style on the innovation behavior. A series of recommendations is proposed in the study to actively develop diverse supervisory professional development programs, create a positive and harmonious laboratory or group atmosphere for autonomous innovation, establish an effective knowledge sharing mechanism and build a sense of belief in research and innovation at different levels, such as training units, supervisors and doctoral students.
