政府研发补贴、非研发补贴对企业创新产出的影响

The Impact of Government R&D Subsidies and Non-R&D Subsidies on Enterprises' Innovation Output

摘要: 专利的市场价值是企业创新产出的重要体现。 基于政府不同类型补贴的目标存在差异, 以上市企业专利被引用次数衡量企业创新产出, 探讨政府研发补贴、非研发补贴对企业创新产出的影响。 研究表明: 政府研发补贴、非研发补贴对企业创新产出存在非对称性影响, 政府研发补贴对企业创新产出呈现显著倒U型影响, 非研发补贴对企业创新产出呈现显著线性抑制影响。 采用分位数回归方法, 以及更换变量、样本和工具变量法进行稳健性检验, 所得结果与基准回归结果一致。 考虑到企业间所在地区、上市板块差异, 异质性分析也依然支持基准回归所得结论。

Abstract: The market value of patents is an important reflection of enterprises' innovation output. Based on the goal differences of different government subsidies, the number of patent citations is used to measure the innovation output of listed enterprises, and the impact of government R&D subsidies and non-R&D subsidies on enterprises' innovation output is analyzed. The results show that government R&D subsidies and non-R&D subsidies have asymmetric effects on enterprises' innovation output. The impact of government R&D subsidies on enterprises' innovation output presents a significant inverted U-shaped effect. The impact of enterprises' innovation output presents a significant linear inhibitory effect. The quantile regression method and the method of replacing variables, samples and instrumental variables are used to test the robustness, and the results are consistent with the benchmark regression results. Considering the differences in the regions and listed sectors among enterprises, the heterogeneity analysis still supports the conclusions obtained by the benchmark regression.
